some instant poha??

We all find these days that we all ladies get busy early morning with so many works … so here I help you to prepare the instant and very tasty poha recipe for your breakfast simple but still tasty I am sure u and your family members will love it… here I present the recipe…

 

ingredients I have used:-

poha ( flattened rice) – 1bowl

green chili – 4-5 chopped

curry leaves – 6-7  

coriander – for garnish

lemon – half

peanuts – 3tbsp

mustard seeds – 1tbsp

zeera – 1tbsp

sugar – half tbsp

salt – taste

oil –  3 tbsp 

methe powder –  4 pinch

turmeric –  3 pinch

hing – 2 pinch

water – to soak

let us see how to prepare:-

1- soak poha for very little time till poha get medium soft

2-  take a pan to add oil

3-  add mustard, zeera  & peanuts

4 – add methe powder, curry leaves & green chili let all these get well fried

5 – now add turmeric  & hing &  off the fame

6 – now let it cool for a minute

7 – now in the same pan add poha

8- add salt, sugar, lemon and mix well

9 – garnish with coriander and serve hot with chutney powder
