Do you know chewing some Saunf daily is also healthy..yes make it a habit daily… we have seen most of them have the habit of eating betel nut, saunf  after meals or breakfast… seriously mark this line this can really help you in many ways for your health… its one of the good herb grown in India , all over Europe, China, Middle-East, and Turkey.

1.Saunf Fennel :-  symbolizes longevity, courage, and strength. In addition to its use as medicinal values, fennel has many health benefiting nutrients, essential compounds, antioxidants, dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins. it also  contains potassium ,calcium, vitamin – c, iron…as the old practice not only eating for bad breath ,  fennel seeds indeed are the storehouse for many vital vitamins. ingredient’s:-
1. saunf – 1 bowl
2. zeera  – 6 tbsp
3. ajwain – 3tbsp
4. cardamom powder –  ½tbsp

METHOD:-
1. In a pan add saunf, zeera, ajwain  and dry roast them for 5mints..
2.let it cool completely
3.now add cardamom powder & mix well
4.store it in your  saunf box or a air tight jar…
