LETS NOW MOVE ON HOW TO PREPARE  THE PALAK-RICE WHICH IS ONE OF MY FAVIROUT AND EASY TO COOK AND ONE OF THE LOVED FOOD BY YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS SO SHALL WE GO AHEAD TO PREPARE ?? HERE THE INGREDIENTS BELOW…

ING:-

PALAK – 1 BUNCH 

GREEN-CHILI 5-6

GINGER – COIN SIZE

GARLIC – 1FULL

ONION – 1 CHOPPED

TOMATO – 2 CHOPPED

RED-CHILIS – 3-4

CORIANDER – GARNISH

SALT – TO TASTE

ZEERA – 1TBLSP

GARAM-MASALA – 1TBLSP

SUGAR – HALF TBLSP

LEMON – HALF 

CARDAMOM – 2 

TEZ-PATA – 1

RICE – COOKED AS PER YOUR NEED 

OIL OR GHEE – 4TBSP 

METHOD:-

1- IN A BOWL KEEP WATER FOR BOILING BY ADDING PALAK-GREEN CHILI-GINGER & GARLIC

2- ONCE COOKED GRIND IT TO FINE PASTE 

3- NOW TAKE A PAN ADD GHEE OR OIL OPTIONAL

4- ADD CARDAMOM, TEZ-PATA, ZEERA, RED CHILI, AND CHOPPED ONIONS

5- NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK TILL TOMATO COOK WELL

6- NOW ADD THE GRINDED PASTE AND COOK TILL THE OIL RELEASES

7- NOW ADD SALT, SUGAR, MASALA ,  & LEMON & COOK FOR 5MNTS

8-  NOW ADD THE COOKED RICE AND MIX WELL

9- GARNISH WITH CORIANDER

10- SERVE HOT WITH RAITA & PICKEL.
