Goosebump Inducing Scenes from Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava

There were quite a few expectations from Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, considering it marks the first collaboration between director Trivikram Srinivas and NTR Jr. However, there were many sceptics of the same with many questioning Trivikram’s form after two back-to-back flops in 2018.

But all those doubts were put to rest when Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava released. Despite focussing the narrative on a cliched topic like factionism, the film is able to breath new air into the topic with Trivikram’s brilliant script and one of NTR Jr’s best performances in recent times. Thanks to the factors mentioned before, the audiences got some goosebump-inducing scenes from the biggest hit in Telugu cinema this year. Here are some of those goosebump scenes that you must watch the movie for.

The First Action Sequence

In this scene from the beginning of the movie, NTR Jr’s character Veera Raghava Reddy is seen returning back to his village with his father and their followers in different cars. But suddenly, they are attacking by Basi Reddy’s (Jagapathi Babu) henchmen who are out for blood. In the attack, Raghava sees his father die in front of him among many followers. He too gets hurt. But after a brief moment of shock, Raghava retaliates by slaughtering Basi Reddy’s men one by one.

Now, the biggest highlight (especially for NTR Jr fans) of this scene was the ripped physique that NTR Jr had in this scene. Looking his fittest best with eight-pack abs, NTR Jr’s Raghava gives the feel of a lion out on a hunt. The action choreography was not only slick but also brutal to look, at the same time. This one is by far NTR Jr’s best action sequence in his career.

Phone Conversation At Krishna Reddy’s Office

While the former scene listed above relied on action choreography to give goosebumps, this scene gives a similar impact with Trivikram’s powerful dialogues and NTR Jr’s intense acting.

The scenario is simple. Raghava is in a meeting with minister Krishna Reddy (Rao Ramesh) trying to schedule a meeting with Basi Reddy to negotiate an end to this multi-generational factionist conflict. But Krishna Reddy is not convinced and taunts Raghava that violence is in his DNA and the conflict has no end. But then, he gets a call from Aravinda (Pooja Hegde) who informs that she and her brother have been kidnapped by Bala Reddy, Basi Reddy’s son for revenge. What follows is a phone conversation between Raghava and Bala Reddy’s henchmen that is not only intimidating but also shows his earnest resolve to end the conflict.

The Negotiation Scene

In this scene, Raghava comes to an empty factory for a meeting with ministers Sudarshan Reddy, Krishna Reddy and Bala Reddy. Raghava and the ministers are hoping for a peaceful negotiation but Bala Reddy and his henchman have other plans. The way Raghava handles this scenario is whistle-worthy.

Now, in this scene, we see the combination of Trivikram’s direction and NTR Jr’s action in top form. Like I never saw a hero use a nail gun in an action scene like NTR Jr in this scene does. But then, by the end, the way Raghava lets go of his violent side and strives for peace with Bala Reddy is one hell of a transformation.

So, those were some of the goosebump-inducing scenes from NTR Jr’s Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. The movie is filled with many more of those that every Telugu cinema fan would enjoy watching.
