It is typically served during meal or as a dessert..
so happy to share my first blog a sweet dish , during the holy month of ramzan.. apples are healthy and a loved by all fruit with health benefits of apples include improved digestion, prevention of stomach disorders, gallstones, constipation, liver disorders, anemia, diabetes, heart disease, rheumatism, eye disorders, a variety of cancers, and gout.
2. Apple 1 (grated) squeezed & remove the complete water (vry imp)
3. Elaichi powder ½tblsp
4. Dry fruits (fried in very little ghee)
Take pan add milk to it & keep it for boiling till u get thick consistency, now add the grated apple & mix well, now add sugar, dry grapes, elaichi powder & give a good mix & let it cook till u get a good thick kheer consistency… & now garnish with dry fruits… Serve it hot or u can keep it in fridge for cooling & can be served ( optional)
