Achari suka chole :) at simizkitchen

Sairam,

Achari suka chole puri

ing:-

kabhuli channa  – as per your need ( 1bolw) soaked overnight & pressure cooked 2 whistle 

zeera – 1tbsp

dry chillis – 2

green-chilli – 2

garlic  – 1 full chopped

ginger – half tbsp grated

onion –  1chopped

coriander – for garnishing

tomato – 2

mint leaves – garnishing

red chili powder – 1tblsp

turmeric – half tbsp

chole masala – 1tblsp

zeera powder – half tblsp

mango pickle gravy – 1tblsp

salt – to taste

Kasuri methi – 1tblsp crushed 

oil – 3tbsp 

hing – 3pinch

pepper powder – half tblsp

fresh cream – 3tblsp

Method:-

1- pressure cook channa by adding chopped coriander, zeera ( half tbsp), tomatoes chopped

2- now take a pan to add oil, zeera, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green & red chili  & cook well

3-  now add cooked chana & tomatoes 

4-  now add salt, turmeric, chili powder,chole masala, & very little  water ( cook this for some time)

5- now add mango pickle-gravy, kasuri methi, salt, zeera powder, hing & pepper powder

6- now cook till the water is completely over &  it gets  dry as shown in above pic & add cream & mix well

7- garnish with mint & coriander

8- serve hot with hot puris or chapathi with onion & lemon.
